APSA membership is open to anyone with an interest in pig science, regardless of where they are from or their particular field of study. APSA membership is due every second year and costs A$30 for students, A$50 for members from Australia or New Zealand, and A$80 for overseas members for the 2010 and 2011 period. An initial joining fee of A$50 is also required for new members. Please note, Australian members have to pay 10% GST on all fees. For this very small cost, APSA members receive discounted registration to the Biennial conference, a copy of the Proceedings mailed to them if they are unable to make it to the Conference (current Proceedings cost A$140), newsletters to keep them updated on APSA and pig science activities and networking opportunities with other pig scientists.
