Contact details collected as part of APSA membership records, paper submission, conference registration and/or expressions of interest will be stored in secure databases. The data will only be used for APSA business and conference purposes and for contacting you with information about future APSA activities. Contact information will not be made available to any third party.
Information about payments made for APSA membership, purchase of proceedings or conference registration will only be divulged to the parties involved. Payments to be made by credit card transaction will be processed through the National Australia Bank’s “Secure Internet Transaction System” via the bank’s secure server. Each transaction is private between the user and the bank. Credit card numbers are not provided to APSA, and are kept as secure and private records by the bank. The information returned by the bank to APSA are the identifying invoice number, bank reference number and if payments are approved or declined.
Refund and Returns Policy
All customers requesting a refund are to contact the APSA Treasurer for more details. We are unable to provide a refund or exchange for products that are not returned within 14 days or in saleable condition. To cancel an order please contact the Executive Manager firstname.lastname@example.org.
Delivery Time Frame
Delivery will vary according to the format in which proceedings are purchased (Download or Hardcopy). Download copies will be made available within 5 business days. Hard copies will be dispatched within 10 business days. Hard copies will be mailed by regular post within Australia (unless otherwise advised), and air mail to overseas addresses (unless otherwise advised). Delivery costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please note that as APSA is an Australian business all prices listed on the website are listed in Australian Dollars(AUD).
